Beach Huts

West Wittering Estate maintain a list of those people who have expressed an interest in purchasing a beach hut and will forward their details on the request of prospective sellers. Over the past few years, huts have sold for over £100,000.
The annual licence fee and council tax should all be taken into account when bidding. Purchasers should also be aware of the terms and conditions of the Licence to Occupy Agreement.
The annual Licence Fee is due on 31st March each year. It includes one season ticket to the car park.
Chichester District Council charges rates. We recommend that prospective owners make enquiries to CDC.
The huts are on 12’ x 8’ bases and may not be larger; this may include a veranda if preferred.
Huts may not be used overnight.
