Join our team and help deliver outstanding customer service in a fabulous work environment.
Due the weather dependent nature of our business, hours of work may vary but will include working weekends.
The role of General Assistant includes:
Outstanding customer service
Table service
Cash handling
Cleaning
Stock handling – rotation and replenishing
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments
Compliance with health and hygiene regulationsThe successful candidate will:
Have previous experience with table service or barista trained
Have the ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure
Be flexible and hard working
Have good communication and excellent customer service skills
Be able to work on own initiative and a team playerJob Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: Up to £10.44 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

How do you fancy working on one of the UK’s most popular blue flag beaches? The role of the Beach Lifeguard requires professionalism and teamwork, as well as willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to situations that arise.
As a Beach Lifeguard at West Wittering Estate, you will be working within a highly professional well-trained team, having a positive impact on the experience and safety of all beach users.
You will be paid a competitive hourly rate.
Requirements
It is a requirement to have either the National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Qualification or the SLSGB Surf Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent.
It is a condition of this role that you able to pass and maintain throughout your employment, a timed swim fitness test which is 400m in under 7.5 minutes.
Available to attend 2-weeks induction and training during the Easter holidays.
Weekend and Bank holiday availability
Dates
This is a seasonal role. We are looking for lifeguards who are available for full season (May until mid-September) and peak season (Mid July until beginning of September)

We are currently recruiting for a beach lifeguard supervisor. In this job role you will be responsible for the supervision of the beach lifeguard team here at West Wittering beach, making sure they are operating to the high standards expected of them.
This role provides a challenging but rewarding opportunity for an experienced beach lifeguard.
