Car park update: New features and improvements to the booking process
Simplified process for selecting a full day or evening parking session:
Removed the requirement to choose entry and exit times, users are now only required to select which day they plan to visit. From here they can choose either a full day session or arrival after 3pm session.
Users can now view and modify/change their booking:
Up until their booking begins, customers now have the ability to modify the number plate assigned to their booking, or change the date of their visit (free space permitting). Simply enter your booking details found in the email confirmation.
Cancellations:
We have added the ability for customers to cancel their booking without contacting the Estate Office directly. Simply check the appropriate box before paying. Please note, there is a £1.00 cancellation fee. Without this fee you cannot cancel at a later date. It is only possible to cancel a booking before it has started.
